My favorite travel destination is anywhere that I get to take my husband and kiddos! We can have an adventure anywhere!
What is one thing you can’t travel without?
I can’t travel without my family! I’m blessed enough to have a family who travels with me, and I love showing my little boys new places!
Favorite Food
I love Halal food, especially falafel and hummus with pita!
Where is your current assignment and what are some of your favorite places you’ve been to during this assignment? If you are currently taking a break from traveling, what city was your favorite assignment was in, along with top sites to see?
I’m currently in Milwaukee, WI! I love getting to Milwaukee, they have beautiful lakefront beaches on Lake Michigan and amazing food! I also got to go to the Madison Horse Fair and Rodeo this year since I’m living in Wisconsin now!
What do you love most about working with TotalMed and/or your recruiter?
Raj is such a hype girl! She’s always hustling to get me the best assignments and she pushes for me with facilities!
Why did you decide to go into travel healthcare?
I decided to become a travel nurse when my husband wanted to spend time across the country with his family! This allowed us to do that and still have steady income, as well as explore a new area!
What is your top tip for fellow travelers?
Take advantage of every opportunity! Get to know your coworkers and their backgrounds, it makes it so much more fun!
