Paid Sick Leave

Supporting Our Travel Nurses and Allied Health Professionals

At TotalMed, we understand that caring for others begins with self-care. That’s why eligible travel nursing and allied health professionals accrue paid sick leave starting from their first day of eligible employment.

When you’re unwell or need to care for a qualifying family member, paid sick leave offers the flexibility and support necessary during your assignment.

Eligible travel healthcare professionals begin accruing paid sick leave from their first day of employment.

If you return to TotalMed for another eligible assignment within one year, your accrued sick leave may continue under our carryover policy, subject to plan guidelines and applicable law.

Because you’ve earned it, we want you to be able to use it when you need it most.
