I’ve always known I wanted to be in the healthcare field but when I went to nursing school during COVID, I decided it wasn’t for me. That experience has given me even more of a respect for nurses and other healthcare workers that translates into who I am as a recruiter. I love being able to connect with my nurses and truly give them a great experience all around.
