Travel healthcare can be a difficult industry to work for, and at time it can be overwhelming

Lucky for you, we have some amazing recruiters that have given great advice when working as a travel caregiver. Taylor is here to talk about current trends in the healthcare industry:

  • The current market is scary, and jobs are thinner they have ever have been. At this time it is very important to have your profile ready to go, to submit at a moment’s notice. Get with your current recruiter and review all options you are open to (Location, Pay, Shift, Etc)
  • Facilities have the power at the moment, try to limit RTO requests, be flexible and pleasant when it comes to floating within your skillset. Facilities are receiving dozens of submissions for one single opening, so they have options when selecting who will be the best fit.
  • This is a high stress time for EVERYONE, please try to be kind. I can only speak for myself, but I am here to help the best I can. I am on your side, and will do whatever I can in my power to get things done just the way you like them.
