What do you love most about working with TotalMed and/or your recruiter?
I love her responsiveness and her willingness to put my wellbeing first! Grace works her tail off to provide me with assignments that will meet all of my current needs and has never made me feel “too needy”. She also does an excellent job of checking in throughout the assignment to make sure i’m still enjoying myself!
Why did you decide to go into travel healthcare?
I love the flexibility it has provided me both geographically and within my career. I’m an ICU nurse who has had the opportunity to work on multiple specialty ICUs because of travel nursing!
What is your top tip for fellow travelers?
I suggest going in with minimal expectations to truly embrace the culture of your new assignment.
