Referral Program Guidelines
Review the full program terms below. Referrals must book or accept a contract by September 30, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
- Referrals must not have been on assignment with TotalMed within six (6) months prior to the confirmation date of their new assignment.
- The referral bonus applies if the referred traveler's new assignment confirmation date is within twelve (12) months of the date their application was last submitted.
Bonus Details
- Self-referrals are not eligible for the referral bonus.
- The referred traveler must accept a minimum eight (8)-week assignment.
- The referrer will receive the bonus payment within sixty (60) days of meeting all qualifications.
Qualification Requirements
- The referred traveler must complete at least one (1) month of their assignment.
- All required documentation from the referrer must be received by TotalMed.
Additional Information
- Referral bonus payments cannot be split between multiple referrers.
- Travelers can only qualify for one bonus promotion at a time. Bonus promotions do not stack.
- TotalMed reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time.
- Referrals must book or accept a contract by September 30, 2026.

Disclaimer: Referral bonuses are available only for qualified referrals within the eligible specialties listed above. Referrals submitted outside of these specialties may not qualify for a bonus. Referred individuals must be new to TotalMed to be eligible. To qualify for a referral bonus, the referral must be submitted using the official referral form. Referrals submitted through any other method will not be eligible. Bonus payment is contingent upon the referred professional completing a minimum of 400 worked hours on assignment.
